Unit A – Sleeps 10
This bright, two-level home features:
3 upstairs bedrooms
1 King bed
4 Queen beds (2 in each of two bedrooms)
1 full bathroom upstairs
1 half bathroom on the main floor
Fully equipped kitchen

Comfortable living room with Smart TV and Wi-Fi

Private deck with access to the shared fire pit
Please note: All bedrooms are on the second floor and require climbing stairs.
About Waterton Country Villas
The property offers three rental units:
Unit A – Sleeps 10
Unit B – Sleeps 6
Unit C – Sleeps 16 (wheelchair accessible)
Book Unit A on its own or combine it with Units B and/or C to accommodate groups of up to 32 guests.
Unit B is a walkout lower-level suite with 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, and private patio. It connects to Unit A through a lockable interior door.
Unit C is a wheelchair-accessible main-level suite with 4 bedrooms (each with 2 queen beds and a private bathroom), plus a shared kitchen and living area. Unit C can be rented as a whole or by individual rooms.

A vehicle is required, as there is no public transportation in the area.
Rules:
No Smoking allowed inside of home. If smoke outside, please pick up your cigarette butts.
No Pets of any kind allowed.
No parties or events allowed.
No illegal activities of any sort allowed in the house.
Quiet time is 10PM to 7AM and strictly enforced.

This house was beautifully located with amazing views of the mountains and surrounding nature. The house was clean and spacious, and in short proximity to Waterton lakes park.

The house was spacious and in a gorgeous location. Enjoyed the wildlife and nature pictures in the house. The outdoor area was fantastic and the view is incredible. Accessible to Bison Paddock, Waterton, and Waterton Lakes National Park.
Overall the cost is somewhat high for a property. 1+1/2 bath for a capacity of 10 people. The thermostat is not user friendly or not working at all. We could not bring the temp up at night when it’s cold. Suggest to fix that before winter. Owners are not up dated with the fire ban. It was lift while we were there as we checked the government website. The assigned BBQ was not clean and in working condition. We had to use the one belongs to other unit. We could not find the TV remote until the last day. But overall it’s a good place to stay if you visit Waterton overnight.
It would be a good idea to assign different passwords for each of the 3 units, keep the passwords private, be aware that stolen passwords can lead to identity theft, and change passwords often.
For a variety of reasons that i can only guess, the water pressure falls when a toilet is flushed, or clothes washer is started. When i raised the issue on Sunday (Paul) wrote no one brought it up before. When I sent a video of the shower with very poor stream 2 days later, he thought the filter might have been clogged and took care of it the same day. I suppose even God rests on Sunday.
One night was a noisy occupant in the next unit. Paul acted promptly to ask them to subdue the noise (10 pm curfew).
The place is spacious, very comfortable, the scenery brilliant, and the environment is quiet. A very nice getaway.

the place is located between the mountains and the views are unreal, it is a great place for a weekend getaway and to explore Whaterton.
